NACHO PIE 
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
2 (11 1/2 oz.) cans bean with bacon soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. green onion, sliced
Tortilla chips

Brown beef and onions; drain well. Stir in soup and chili powder. Put mixture into a quiche dish or deep dish pie plate and spread evenly. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with taco sauce.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, green onions and tortilla chips. Serves 4 to 6.
