1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. finely chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and soda together and add to butter mixture. Add nuts and apples and mix well.

In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Grease and flour tube pan. Add half of mixture and sprinkle half of cinnamon and sugar over that. Add remaining mixture and sprinkle rest of cinnamon and sugar over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
