HOT BREAD STICKS 
1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Prepare dough according to package direction adding poppy seed and oregano to dry ingredients, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 30 to 45 minutes. Divide dough in half; roll out half the dough on a lightly floured surface to measure 10 x 6 inches, 1/2 inch thick. Cut dough into 1/2 inch strips. Repeat with second half of dough. Place strips on baking sheets; brush with melted butter. Cover and let stand in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 30 to 45 minutes. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown for soft bread sticks; bake 15 minutes for golden brown crisp bread sticks. Brush again with melted butter.
