CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded American cheese (2 oz.)
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Cut into small pieces.

Combine eggs, soup and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, cheese and pepper. Then stir in cooked broccoli. Turn mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Toss remaining 1 cup soft bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle crumbs over casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
