GROUND BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped

Brown until meat is no longer pink. Add:

1 (48 oz.) can V-8 cocktail juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Simmer 35 to 45 minutes.
