GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lbs. fresh green beans (par boil)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 sm. can tomatoes
1/2 lb. thick sliced bacon
1 lb. hot Italian sausage (ground)
Salt & pepper to taste

Chop all meats into cubes. Put into dutch oven and cook until meat is done. Do not drain. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook until tender. Add green beans and cover with water. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until beans are done.
