PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
1/2 lb. shells
1/2 stick butter
1 c. half and half
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Cook shells and drain. Cook broccoli and drain. Saute sliced mushrooms in butter. Mix in half and half, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add shells and mix. Add Parmesan cheese and continue stirring over low heat until warm. Mixture will thicken as it sits. May serve immediately, or may refrigerate.

Note: This recipe requires a large amount of garlic powder.
