EASY QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell (I use a deep dish shell partially baked)
1 c. cooked sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Half and Half or milk (I use Half and Half)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. basil

(Can use bacon and Swiss cheese for bacon quiche).

Sprinkle ham and cheese in crust - beat eggs, milk, seasonings until mixed. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 or 40 minutes until set.
