VEGETABLES WITH VEGETABLES 
1/3 c. uncooked rice
2 c. thinly sliced zucchini or other squash
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 and 1/2 to 2 c. grated cabbage
1 (10 and 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 c. boiling water

Layer first set of ingredients in a large baking dish (in order listed). Mix together second set of ingredients and pour over vegetables in baking dish. Bake in 350 degrees for about 1 and 1/2 hours (until potatoes are tender).
