1 c. spready cheese snack mild Mexican cold pack cheese product with jalapeno peppers
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1 sm. tomato, chopped
1/3 c. pitted ripe olive slices
1/4 c. half & half
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
6 oz. fettuccine, cooked & drained

Stir together cheese snack, peppers, tomatoes, olives and half & half in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese snack is melted; reduce heat. Add noodles; toss lightly. Continue cooking until thoroughly heated; stir in cilantro.
