GRANOLA 
1/2 c. oil
1/3 - 1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. almond extract
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. bran
2 c. wheat flakes
7 c. rolled oats

Heat and stir the oil, maple syrup and almond extract until mixed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes 3 times. Add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup peanuts.
