JILL'S FAVORITE WAFFLES 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix together dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add milk and oil. Combine with dry ingredients. Batter will be lumpy. Pour about 1 cup of batter onto hot waffle griddle and cook until golden brown. Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
