COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained (crisp)
1 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
1 can condensed cream chicken soup, blend with 1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Begin with broccoli, layer with chicken, alternate until all used, in 9 inch casserole. Pour chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice mixture over all. Top with buttered crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
