PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 sm. bag vanilla instant pudding
1 c. whipped cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup oil and milk in pie plate. Stir with fork, press in shape. Poke holes in bottom of crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before filling. Combine confectioners sugar with peanut butter. Put 1/2 in bottom of pie crust. Make vanilla pudding with 1 3/4 cup milk, then add 1 cup whipped cream. Fill crust. Top with other half of peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate.
