TEN MINUTE DELIGHT | |
12 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 med. size container whipped topping 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 lg. can prepared pie filling (cherry or blueberry) 2 (9-inch) pastry shells (unbaked) or graham cracker crust If you use the unbaked shells, bake them at 350 degrees until brown. While they are cooling, mix the first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Fill each shell with the cheese filling and top each pie with 1/2 can of prepared pie filling. Refrigerate until cold. |
