PESTO: ALBAHACA BASIL 
Fresh basil, mix in blender, enough to make 2 tbsp.
3 tbsp. or less oil
Salt (optional)
1 c. fresh spinach, boiled or 1 box cooked
2-3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (to your taste)
1/2 or 1/4 evaporated milk (canned)

Combine all above ingredients in a saucepan and warm on low heat on stove. Serve hot.
