BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lg. ground beef
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. green beans or 1 c. English peas
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of celery soup

Mix beef, cheese, bread crumbs, milk, and onion and form into balls. Layer potatoes with beans or peas in casserole dish. Put meatballs on top.

Mix soups together and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done.
