GREAT GRANDMA BEA'S STUFFED SOLE 
2 lb. fillet of sole
1/4 c. white wine
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1 sm. can shrimp
1 can crab meat
3 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 lg. lemon

Mix together crushed Ritz crackers, wine, melted butter, shrimp and crab meat. Rinse fish; take about 2 teaspoons of cracker mix and place on fish; then roll. Place fish seam side down. Place thinly cut lemon slices on top of fish; sprinkle with paprika.
