GRAHAM GEMS 
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup milk
1 cup graham flour
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
3 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift all the dry ingredients together till thoroughly mixed. Beat the egg till light and add it to the milk.

Stir quickly into the dry ingredients, and cut in the melted butter last.

Bake in gem or muffin pans in a preheated oven.
