2 pie crusts
2 large cans peaches (in heavy syrup)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
nutmeg to taste

Place pie crust on bottom of dish and bake. Mix together peaches (with syrup), sugar, nutmeg, butter and vanilla. Pour into baked crust. Cover top with another crust or strips of crust. Sprinkle top with sugar.

Bake at 350°F until done.
