CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
Early in the morning or the day before cook potatoes with skins on and boil 2 eggs (hard boiled). After potatoes and eggs are cooled, make a medium white sauce and peel potatoes. Place in greased casserole dish in layers; sliced potatoes, egg, white sauce and thin slices of Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
