APPLE CRISP 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6-8 c. sliced apples

CRUST:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter

Mix all apple mix together and place in oblong cake pan.

CRUST: Mix all crust ingredients together with clean hands until crumbly, then spread over apple mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
