1/2 head shredded lettuce 1 bunch green onions (tops and all), chopped 1/4 lb. chopped fresh spinach 1 box frozen uncooked peas 1/4 to 1/2 bottle Bacos (or cooked bacon, crumbled) 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. sour cream 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix Layer the first 6 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dressing mix. Cover salad completely with mayonnaise topping. Prepare at least 12 hours before hand. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
