CAJUN SHRIMP | |
1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. red wine and soy sauce 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1/2 tbsp. paprika 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic 1/4 tsp. red pepper 48 lg. raw shrimp Put marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add shrimp and marinate 20 minutes and not more than 30 minutes. Put shrimp on 2 skewers. To grill: Cook above (4-6 inches) hot coals 1 1/2-2 minutes per side until pink and just barely opaque in center. To broil: Broil 4-6 inches from heat source as directed. Serve with hot marinade as dip. |
