SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. onion soup & dip mix
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

In medium mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in lemon juice and stir in remaining ingredients. Chill to blend flavors.
