1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. xx sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix well cream cheese, butter and xx sugar. In another bowl mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix all together. Make crumbs out of cookies. Layer, starting and finishing with Oreos. Place in flower pot with silk flower or sand pail. Freeze. Serve with shovel.
