RICE TUNA CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. cans tuna fish 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. pimento 1 can cream of chicken soup 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 can asparagus spears 1 c. grated cheese Salt and pepper (to desired taste) Combine tuna, bell pepper, onion, rice, pimento, chicken soup and mayonnaise; mix well. Put into casserole dish. Arrange asparagus spears on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake until bubbly; do not overbake. Makes 6- 8 servings. |
