GARLIC PASTA 
1 lb. pasta (fettucini or linguini)
6-8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. cream
Salt and pepper

Cook pasta by package directions (I make fresh pasta which cook in 3-4 minutes). Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add cream, reduce heat and simmer 7-10 minutes to reduce cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta.

Parmesan cheese and parsley may be added for variation.
