WILD RICE SALAD 
3 cups cooked wild rice
1 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. green grapes, sliced
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. cashews

Dressing:

1 c. mayo
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine rice, chicken, grapes and chestnuts. Mix well. Prepare dressing by mixing mayo and salt. Pour over other mixture. Sprinkle cashews on top. Serve.
