CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cashew nuts
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. bacon bits
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4-1/2 c. sour cream
1/4-1/2 c. mayonnaise

Defrost peas in refrigerator or defrost 1 minute in hot water. Add other ingredients and mix well. Prepare dressing and mix with other ingredient. Let stand several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
