HONEY BARBECUE BEANS 
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. onions
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. dry mustard
32 oz. pork & beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Pour olive oil into iron skillet; add 1/4 cup finely chopped onions and crushed garlic. Saute until onions are tender and translucent. Add honey and mustard. Stir well. When mixture boils, turn down heat to medium low and simmer 1 minute. Add pork and beans, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well and place top on skillet and cook 15 minutes. Makes approximately 6-8 servings.
