EASY TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (browned and drained)
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. chopped black olives
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. crushed corn chips
1 med. onion, chopped

Place crushed corn chips on bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Mix beef, beans, onion, olives, tomato sauce and taco mix in large skillet, then pour on top of crushed chips. Sprinkle grated cheese on top; bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Can serve with sour cream on top - each individual serving.
