STRAWBERRY POUND CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix 4 eggs 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello 3/4 c. Wesson oil 1/4 c. water 1 lb. frozen strawberries 1/4 stick butter 1/2 box 10X confectioners' sugar (sifted) Mix cake mix, eggs, Jello, oil, water and half of frozen strawberries. It would be better to pick out most of strawberries for the batter saving only 3-4 strawberries for the glaze. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. A tube pan may be used and does not need to be greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. GLAZE: 1/2 box sifted confectioners' sugar 1/4 stick butter Remaining half of strawberries Mix together. |
