FLUFFY FROSTING 
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and milk together. Cook until it is thick, stirring constantly (low heat). Set aside to cool. Beat sugar, butter, vanilla and Crisco together until creamed. Add cooled milk and flour mixture. Beat until thick like whipped cream. Keep in cool place.
