IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. of milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut

Put all in blender jar and blend 10 seconds at a time, 3 or 4 times. Pour into a 10 inch pie plate that has been buttered and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Done when golden brown.
