ZITI BAKE 
16 oz. pkg. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Prepare ziti per label and drain. Brown ground beef; drain off grease. Mix ground beef, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and half of sauce. Add ziti and toss. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour rest of sauce over mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
