ZITI BAKE 
16 oz. pkgs. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
1 egg, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
29 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain ziti. Brown beef (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in Ricotta cheese and everything else, except half of the sauce. Add ziti. Toss gently; coat well. Spoon into 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour remaining sauce over and sprinkle cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
