MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 can cream corn
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 onion, minced
3 eggs
1 sm. green pepper
Few grains green hot pepper, minced

Mix everything together, except cheese. Pour 1/2 of batter in hot oiled frying pan. Sprinkle cheese over it. Pour remaining batter over this. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
