PINA COLADA MUFFINS 
1 yellow cake mix
6 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 tbsp. coconut extract
2/3 tbsp. rum extract
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. shredded coconut
4 oz. instant vanilla pudding

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at approximately 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Make, also bake in 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan and cut into squares.
