1 c. sugar
2 c. flour plain
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. jam
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift together dry ingredients. Mix together with remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
