SHRIMP ETOUFFEE 
Cajun etouffee mix
1 lb. crawfish or shrimp

Melt 5 teaspoons butter in saucepan. Stir until light brown, then add etouffee mix. Stir over heat until mix has a medium brown color. Then add 2 cups water and 1 pound shrimp or crawfish. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. After mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of cooking, cover, turn heat, and let stand 15 minutes.
