HOT POTATO SALAD (LOW
CHOLESTEROL TOO!)
 
10 potatoes, diced and boiled
1 (10 oz.) jar olives, drained and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 jar (1 1/2 oz.) imitation bacon bits
1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup fat-free Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seed
seasoned salt, to taste (Lawry's)

Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9x12-inch pan. Decorate top with a few slices of olives and grated cheese if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and it's hot all the way through.
