BANANA BREAD 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 lg.) (very ripe)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Generously grease loaf pan (Pam spray is O.K.). Stir all ingredients with a fork until well moistened. Beat vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into loaf pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Run knife edge along sides and remove from pan.
