MAMA NELL'S REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 pt. lukewarm water
8 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 pkgs. yeast

Use 1 cup of water to dissolve 3 packages yeast and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Measure into a large bowl: sugar, flour, salt and blend. Make well in center; pour Crisco oil and rest of water into well. Pour in yeast mixture and mix well. Knead several minutes.

Place in refrigerator in covered bowl until ready to use. When ready, remove from ice box. Pinch off desired amount (store the rest). Place rolls in greased pan. Let rise at room temperature.
