CHICKEN APRITADA 
1 chicken, cut in serving pieces
4-6 potatoes, cut into quarters
1 big onion, chopped
2 big tomatoes, chopped
2 pieces sweet red pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper
Garlic, crushed

Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in vegetable oil. Add chicken and water. Cook until tender. Add tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients until sauce becomes thick. 6 to 8 servings.
