PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. oil
1 c. sweet milk

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into three 8-inch greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 small can evaporated milk

Bring to a boil the butter, sugar and milk until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Spread over cooled layers.
