SKILLET FIESTA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cooked Kielbasa sausage
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. minced ginger
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 cup hot water
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
2 cups pasta spirals, cooked

Slice sausage; set aside. In a large skillet, sauté oil, peppers, onions, garlic and ginger over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and water; stir. Stir in sugar. Add sausage, beans, and olives; stir. Simmer 5 minutes or until sausage is heated through. Stir in pasta and simmer an additional 3 minutes.
