FIVE-BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. bacon 2 med. onions 1 tsp. salt 2 c. brown sugar 1 can green beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can lima beans 1 can butter beans 1 can pork and beans Fry bacon. Remove bacon from pan and saute chopped onions in bacon grease. Add brown sugar and salt; stir until sugar is melted. Drain all of the beans except pork and beans. Add beans and bacon to onion mixture and simmer for about 1 hour. |
