CHOCOLATE AMARETTO PIE 
PIE:

1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. Amaretto
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

WHIPPED CREAM:

1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1-2 tbsp. Amaretto

PIE: Combine first 4 ingredients. Add milk gradually and stir. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to boil; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Blend in Amaretto, butter and vanilla. Pour into baked crust. Chill before adding whipped cream topping. Or, forget about the crust and cream; serve as pudding. It's great warm!

CRUST: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Blend thoroughly, then press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

TOPPING: Add 10X sugar to whipping cream and whip until stiff, gradually adding Amaretto.
