2 cucumbers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/3 c. sour cream

Blend all ingredients except sour cream. Pour over cucumbers and marinate 2 hours; drain. Blend in sour cream well.
